Shipping & Delivery
• Please allow up to 48 hours for your shipment to be processed and picked up from our location.
• An automated email will be sent directly to your email address that you provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
• We use reliable shipping services, your package will be shipped by one of these carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
• Please inspect your product for manufacturer defect and shipping damage before installing. If you discover damage after you received and accepted the order, please contact us and be ready to provide photos of the package and item.
• If product arrives with damage, you may refuse to take the package. The product will be returned back to us at no charge, we will send you a replacement package or refund upon receipt of the original.
• International shipping charges do not include any customs or brokerage fees, buyers are responsible for all and any customs and brokerage fees, taxes, and any other fees levied by the recipient’s country. If you have questions regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your governments official website. Brokerage fees and taxes vary. For rate information please refer to the shipping company / your governments import regulations.

• IGI Auto has created this policy statement regarding privacy in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. The Following section discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for IGIAuto.com. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address may be used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information.
• Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart.
• Our site’s registration form requires users to fill out contact information including name, address, and email address. This is to provide us with general contact information as well as to help repeat customers have a more efficient experience. The contact information provided may be use to contact customers directly when necessary.
• Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotional material to our customers. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Returns & Replacements
• You may return/exchange any unopened products in new condition up to 30 days after you receive them; we do not pay for return shipping. After we receive the package, if product is in resalable condition, a refund of the product's selling price will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee. If an item has been modified in any way the return may be denied / refused.
• All return and initial shipping and handling fees of all orders are non-refundable.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days , beginning on the date of delivery.
• If we made a mistake by shipping the wrong item/quantity, we are responsible for return shipping, and sending you the correct item/quantity, or a refund including shipping/handling.
• Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via Contact Us, or via phone at 909-334-1480, please include / be ready with the item number, order number, specific description of damage/problem and clear explanation of your reason. If we authorized the return, customer will get an email with instructions for returning the item. (emails will be replied to within 2 business days). If request is sent in over the weekend it will be addressed the following week.
• If an item is returned with damaged packaging, missing parts or is otherwise in a condition where it cannot be resold immediately, a 50% restocking fee may be charged. If the Item is returned in an unsellable/unrepairable condition we reserve the right to deny the return.
• We reserve the right to deny / refuse the return of damaged items. Whether that damage is the result of poor packaging, damage received through mishandling by the shipping carrier, or damage through improper use or installation of the product. If a returned item is rejected because of shipping damage, it is the customers’ responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier for a refund of the return shipping cost and any restitution for the damaged item. Please see the shipping carriers’ terms for more details on how to file a claim. This applies to items received in good condition that are then returned for a reason other than arriving damaged to you.
• All our products are 100% brand new unless otherwise stated in the product description section.
• You can also place orders over the phone. To prevent fraud all phone and fax orders must use the same address for shipping / billing.
• We are not responsible for any legal issues resulting from the improper usage of any products. Please verify with your local or state traffic law enforcement and regulations before placing your order.
• Products offered by IGI Auto require professional installation; we are not responsible for installation, installation costs, expenses, downtime, or installation support. If the product is damaged during installation, we are not responsible for the refund.
• We are not responsible for your safety, or your vehicle's safety. Our products require professional installation to ensure proper and safe functionality.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
• IGIAuto.com accepts all major credit cards.
• PayPal payments are not accepted at this time.
• No C.O.D.s, money orders, EBT, or cashier’s checks.
• Sign up for our newsletters to receive emailed information regarding special offers and sales.
Viewing Orders
• Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email promptly. This will include your order number, and details of your order. This will not contain shipment tracking information, once the order ships you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number.
• You can review your orders at anytime by logging in and using the options under My Account.

Updating Account Information
• You can update your contact, billing, or ship-to address information at any time after creating an account with us by logging in and using the edit function where needed.
• Please be sure your billing and shipping information is up to date before placing an order. Once an order is placed we may not be able to alter any of the provided information or change the destination of a package that is in transit.
• If you ever lose your password please go to login page and click Forgot Your Password, the email address you enter for retrieval must be the same as the one provided upon account creation. A new randomly generated password will be emailed to you promptly. Once logged in you can change your password at anytime.
